Some of Latin Moon’s favorite evenings happen far from a stage. In Amagansett, a family hosted a fairy-themed garden celebration for kids and adults alike, and Latin Moon’s signature trio was there to set the mood, then bring everyone onto the dance floor.
A fairy garden, a family, three generations
The party was planned by event planner Marina T., who brought Latin Moon in to play for the family. The setting was a garden dressed for a fairy theme, and the guest list ran from young children to grandparents. That mix is what makes private parties special, and it is also what makes the music matter: it has to work for everyone at once.

Latin Moon played as a trio: piano and vocals, percussion, and saxophone and flute. The set followed the energy of the party:
- Arrival and mingling: lounge-style jazz and soft Latin rhythms in the background, so guests could talk and settle in.
- The party warms up: familiar songs, from The Beatles to the hits kids know from TikTok, arranged in Latin Moon’s style.
- Dancing: Pop Reimagined and upbeat sets once the room was ready, with kids and adults dancing together.
The hosts and their family were grateful at the end of the night, and that is the real measure of a private party: everyone, at every age, felt part of it.
