• BioSymphony, Symbiotrix, Systemic Linguistic Recalibration (SLR)
• Booked Up and all educational systems

• All sales are final; no refunds apply.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Stripe).

No Mila Tina content may be used in AI training datasets, generative modeling, machine learning, or data extraction processes without explicit written authorization.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York State. Users expressly waive any rights to jury trials, class actions, or representative proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in full effect. Mila Tina reserves all enforcement rights and legal remedies available under applicable law.

Use of the Site signifies agreement to these Terms in full. Users not in agreement must discontinue use immediately.
